Now, there is a button to “install SweetFX” automatically to the Sims folder, but it did not work for me (most likely due to the programs folder having restricted access, at least for me running windows 10). Navigate to your TS3W.exe file (it’s most likeky C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Die Sims 3\Game\Bin). Once open it, there is an “add game” button in the bottom left corner.Ĭlick it and it will ask you to navigate to the folder where your game exe is located. In the file you download, there is the SweetFX_config.exe.
